Our story began over 50 years ago when we were taught to knit, that simple act turned into a passion for using natural fibres and re-creating the beautiful Aran patterns that were handed down to us from our Irish ancestors.

That passion sent us to learning all we could about the traditional production of yarn and the stories of the Aran stitches, bringing together a family history of connection and sustainable production of beautiful garments that last a lifetime.

We produce bespoke heirloom garments, hand spun direct from the sheep and alpaca fleeces we so carefully choose. All of which we can trace back to the farms they come from and many we know personally, it's this personal connection with our fleece producers that allows us to maintain the highest quality of yarns possible and allows us to create a deeper connection to the animals that have given their fleece to produce your special garment.

We also understand that for some wool is not an option and so we use high quality non-allergenic yarns for those who prefer a synthetic option which also includes Alpaca yarns.
